Earlier, this court by an order dated 27.04.2023 granted anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.56 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks and adjourned the matter for reporting compliance.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance", Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that as the petitioner is not able to mobilise the fund, he has not complied the order passed by this court within a stipulated time and now he is ready to deposit the amount. Hence, he seeks some more time to comply the condition imposed by this court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also both side submissions, this Court is inclined to extend the time to deposit the said amount for the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same by filing undertaking affidavit and on production of proper identification and acknowledgment.
