J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.02.2015, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has already undergone the period of sentence imposed by the Trial Court. So, a report has been called for by this Court from the Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore.

2.Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.02.2015, a report has been received from the Central Prison, Coimbatore, which shows that the appellant has already undergone the period of sentence imposed by the Trial Court and he was released from jail on 02.03.2010.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous since the appellant has already undergone the period of sentence imposed by the Trial Court.
