When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the writ appeal in W.A.No.2666 of 2025 was listed for hearing on 09.09.2025 and the petitioner gave an undertaking that

he will not precipitate the present contempt petition and will await for the final orders in the writ appeal.

2. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and it is left open to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition subject to the final result in the writ appeal.
