The writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2021. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.But, however, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that the third respondent/The Inspector of Police, J3, All Women Police Station, Guindy, Chennai - 600 032, after receiving the representation from the petitioner, has registered a case in Crime No.6 of 2021 under Sections 417 and 376 IPC. 4.In view of the above, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Let the investigation proceed in the manner known to law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
