ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 448 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.55 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case where five persons were discriminatingly attacked the husband of the defacto complainant over the body in connection with the love affair with the daughter of the petitioners 1 and 2.

3.Considering the nature of the injury sustained by the victim and the manner in which the assault has been executed, this Court is of the view that grant of anticipatory bail will lead to intimidating the injured victim and they will hamper the investigation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
