The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police, for the alleged offence under Sec.354A and 509 of I.P.C. in Crime No.unknown of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 09.04.2024. Hence, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
