Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in bail order granted to the petitioner on 10.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4748 of 2022 in Cr.No.21 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.UDAYA KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for an interrogation, in Crl.O.P.No.4748 of 2022, dated 10.03.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.
