Crl.M.P.No.5248 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5911 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5911 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5911 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
