It is seen from the endorsements made in the Order Sheet filed in connection to the Civil Revision Petition that, initially, the Revision Petition came up for first hearing on 19.12.2016, thereafter, the Revision Petition was listed for 16 occasions and nearly for four occasions, the Revision Petition was adjourned on account of non appearance of the counsel for the revision petitioner. Today also, when the Revision Petition is taken up at 2.30 p.m., there was no representation for the revision petitioner and hence, the Revision Petition was passed over. Again, the Revision Petition was taken up at the end of the list at 4.30 p.m., and despite the same, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner failed to appear. Thus, it appears that the learned counsel for the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
