The borrower has presented this application seeking to raise the attachment by order dated18.03.2016 in A.No.4145 of 2015. The order of attachment was issued in the application mentioned above at the instance of the lender, which is the first respondent herein. In the affidavit in support of this application, the applicant states that a settlement was arrived at between the borrowers and the lender and that the first respondent received a sum of Rs.2,55,000/- from the second respondent on 01.02.2019 in full and final settlement.

2. The first respondent is represented by counsel. On instructions, it is stated that the first respondent has no objection to the attachment being raised.
