ORDER

These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the common order dated 31.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.33301 of 2023 & 33306 of 2023 thereby directing the respondent to permit the petitioners to join in the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed order and the petitioners are joined in the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon.
