O R D E R

(Through Video Conference) This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheeter list maintained by the third respondent. 2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 22.08.2016 to the first respondent requesting to remove his name from the History Sheet No.296 of 2008. Since no action https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been taken on the representation, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.

3.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall submit a fresh representation to the third respondent and the third respondent shall consider the representation dated 22.08.2016 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in Sabari @ sabarigiri Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Annanagar (L and O) Range, Madurai City, Madurai and others, reported in 2018 (4MLJ) Criminal page 585 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
