ORDER

The respondent is present before this Court. An affidavit has been filed by the respondent and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:-

"8. I respectfully submit that after receiving all documents on 30.06.2025, I have issued a Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner and he acknowledges the same."

2. The learned counsel for petitioner also submitted that the nontraceable certificate has been issued to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said compliance, this contempt petition stands closed.
