O R D E R

The petitioner appointed the fourth respondent as Secondary Grade Teacher. The appointment was made on 17.11.2014. The petitioner subsequently made an application for approval of appointment before the third respondent. The application for approval was returned by the third respondent vide proceedings dated 23.12.2014.

2. The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the proposal after complying with the direction issued by the third respondent. In case the proposal is resubmitted with the required particulars and documents, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the third respondent on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of proposal.
