This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.296 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
