ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1511 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34646 of 2019 on 14.02.2020 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Friday at 10:00 a.m. until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.1511 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34646 of 2019 on 14.02.2020 the petitioner had appeared before the respondent police regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1511 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34646 of 2019 on 14.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10:00 a.m. until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
