O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to investigate the case in Cr.No.287/2021 and secure the CCTV footage of the accident as to identify the vehicle involved in the accident and file final report before the concern jurisdictional Magistrate within a stipulated time and direct the first and second respondents to monitor the said investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.287 of 2021 for the offences under Section 279 and 337 of IPC is going on and the respondent police would complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of two months.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a fair manner and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
