2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in CSR.No.390 of 2015, FIR has been registered in crime No.628 of 2015 for the offences under Section 294[A] and 324 IPC.
