ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8543 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020 for a further period .

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8543 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020 to execute the sureties, time is extended by two weeks from the date of lifting of lockdown and resuming of regular functioning of Court, which ever is earlier. However, the petitioners are directed to comply with the directions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8543 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
