This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 8 to 10 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Ms.S.Sasikala, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the 1st respondent died on 28.03.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring his legal heirs on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 8 to 10 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 21.09.2022 rpp Note.
