ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 20.02.2015 to transfer Mr.A.Saravanan, TDPA No.6324 from 3rd respondent Prison to 2nd respondent Prison.

2. Perusal of the representation dated 20.02.2015 would reveal that the petitioner who is a practicing Advocate submitted the application on behalf of her husband A.Saravanan, who was in Puzhal Prison II for TDPA No.6324. In view of the fact that the writ petition is pending for the past about six https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

years and the request made in the representation lost its relevance and in view of the lapse of time, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation if necessary and if any other grievance exists as of now.

3. With this liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
