..Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the record of the 3rd Respondent pertaining to BDS 2018-2019 allotment/re-allotment list dated 11.08.2018 pertaining to Serial No.2 with Rank No.12283 with AR No.29025 and quash the same and to direct the 3rd Respondent to re-allot the said Government seats in Tamil Nadu Government Dental College, Chennai, to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the record of the 3rd Respondent pertaining to BDS 2018-2019 allotment/re-allotment list dated 11.08.2018 pertaining to Serial No.2 with Rank No.12283 with AR No.29025 and quash the same and consequently to direct the 3rd Respondent to re-allot the said Government seats in Tamil Nadu Government Dental College, Chennai to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 3 submits that the petitioner has now been allotted a seat in Government Dental College, Chennai and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been conceded. She would further submits that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Recording the submissions made by the learned

Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 3, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs. 4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner however seeks further direction for refund of fees. Since the college in which the petitioner was earlier given admission, is not impleaded in this Writ Petition, it is open to the petitioner to make a request to the concerned college for refund of fees.
