O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the respondent police without even putting his signature. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a complaint before the respondent police.

4. On such complaint being given, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
