2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 368 days is condoned.
