PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in her proceedings Na.Ka.No.2878/2011 Thu.Va.Tha.1, dated 26.03.2012 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as Assistant Secretary in the second respondent society with all backwages and other attendant benefits and all other monetary benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in this case has passed away on 25.10.2016 and efforts were made by him to bring the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner on record could not be succeeded.
The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that this writ petition may be closed by giving liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to re-open this case if they come forward.

Recording the same, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to re-open this writ petition, in case cause survives in respect of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition. No costs.
