This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2015 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by this petitioner, petition enquiry conducted in CSR.No.161 of 2015 and the same was closed on 24.06.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
