Side) [IN BOTH PETITIONS] PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A3, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Section 120, 409, 419, 420 and 448 of I.P.C., in Crime No.99 of 2022, on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners are employees in the TASMAC shop. During the inspection conducted on 26.03.2022, none of them in the shop and they have handed over the liquor as well as the business to third parties. In this regard, the District Manager of TASMAC has given a complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the police and case has been registered which is under investigation. The petitioners herein/A1 to A3 are absconding and not available for interrogation.

Furthermore, when earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed, it was specifically stated that, Supervisor and Salesman of the TASMAC Shop that, they have handed over the entire shop to one Sakthivel, who is the third party and they are absconding.

3. Considering the gravity of the crime, the custodial interrogation of these petitioners/A1 to A3 are required. In the subsequent anticipatory bail petition, it was pleaded that, the petitioner-Selvam/A2 was not well and therefore, he was on leave. The medical certificate is also enclosed. This Court would easily find out that, these are all afterthought documents and cannot be considered for granting anticipatory bail. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
