3. This petitioner is an accused (A1) in Crime No.290 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 379, 420, 294(B), 323, 307 I.P.C., As a counter blast, he has given the present complaint dated 05.05.2015. Hence no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police.
