Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to apply the guidelines for Evaluation of Type/DEST Scripts (English) issued by the first respondent in its website and evaluate the mistakes of the petitioner in the qualifier DEST Script test as 3.54% and select the petitioner who has secured 472.25 marks out of 700 in the Tier I, II and III tests which is above the cutoff marks for SC candidates for the post of Tax Assistant in the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination, 2017 held by the first respondent.
