ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the faulty meter as requested by the petitioner vide letter dated 05.03.2021 and consequently pay the excess amount of Rs.3,026/-paid for the period 23.12.2020 to 20.02.2021.

2. Mr.Gunaraj, learned Standing counsel taking notice for the respondents fairly submitted that the respondent authorities will consider the representation dated 05.03.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to pass necessary orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
