(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.B.Gurunathan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent 1 and Mr.N.Velmurugan, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that survey would be conducted within a period of three months from today and if any encroachment is found, steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken to remove the encroachment.
