..Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act for disobeying the orders of this Court, dated 26.04.2017 passed in the above Appl.No.2487 of 2017 in C.S.No.626 of 2014.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in Appl.No.2487 of 2017 in C.S.No.626 of 2014, dated 26.04.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 26.04.2017, the respondents failed to pay the monthly damages / rent from January 2019.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents by referring the counter affidavit would state that due to some technical issue, there was a delay in paying rent / damages to the petitioners, however, the entire due amount was paid on 31.05.2019 and 06.06.2019. The learned Standing Counsel would further state that in future, the rent / damages will be paid to the petitioner as per the order of this Court.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed.
