This Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry in the dispute which is purely civil in nature.

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry in the dispute which is purely civil in nature.
