The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused purchased some snacks in the shop of the defacto complainant and failed to pay the amount and when the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner and other accused attacked the defacto complainant and caused serious injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner on 18.03.2021, considering the fact that the petitioner is a rowdy element and he has three previous cases pending against him.

6. Hear both sides.

7. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and the fact that the co-accused were arrested and released on bail and the investigation is almost over, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to the following conditions:

(a) Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that:
