It appears that there was a disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner. For non settlement of the disciplinary proceedings, this petitioner approached this Court challenging the charge memo dated 20.06.2019. This Court in W.P.No.26334 of 2019, by its order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.764 of 2021 06.09.2019 issued a direction to the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings on the Charge Memo dated 20.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In compliance of the said order, the respondent upheld the Enquiry Officer Report and issued a show-cause notice on 23.08.2021 for further cause of action. However, it appears that the petitioner refused the show-cause notice and to prove the same, the photo was produced before this Court.

2.In view of the above, I do not find any contamination. Hence, the contempt petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to receive the show-cause notice from the respondent within a period of one week and thereafter, the respondent shall pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks.
