O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue an order directing the 1st respondent police to investigate on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the 2nd respondent and his wife, and on the FIR in Crime No.694 of 2015 dated 26.08.2015, which is pending on the file of the 1st respondent police, based on the complaints made by the petitioner.

2.Today, G.Tamizhselvan, Head Constable, Perambalur Police Station, Perambalur, is present before this Court. 3.On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent police, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.694 of 2015 was completed and the case was closed as ''mistake of fact'' on 26.08.2015, and a closure report has been filed in R.C.No.3 of 2015 before the Judical Magistrate Court No.I, Perambalur.
