This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.36 of 2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that the FIR in this case was registered only on 06.12.2014 under Sections 498A, 406, 420, 294[b], 506[ii] IPC and hence, no time bound direction can be given to the police to complete the investigation. However, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law.
