O R D E R

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has filed an Affidavit dated 24.02.2016 undertaking not to alienate or encumber an extent of 60 cents out of 1.20 acres bearing survey number 225/2A, which has been valued at Rs.1,58,12,280/- [Rupees one crore fifty eight lakhs twelve thousand two hundred and eighty only].

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any objection for recording the said undertaking and closing the Civil Revision Petition.

3. The above said undertaking contained in the affidavit of the respondent [S.Vijayakumar] dated 24.02.2016 is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. In view of the acceptance of the undertaking given before this Court, the affidavit dated 20.06.2015 filed before the trial Court shall stand superseded by the affidavit dated 24.02.2016 filed before this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
