O R D E R

The respondent has filed an affidavit undertaking not to alienate or encumber the property measuring 0.48 1⁄2 cents comprised in Survey Nos.212/2, 218/2 and 219/2 in Thottipalayam Village, Tirupur Taluk, the value of which has been estimated at Rs.73,13,000/- (Rupees Seventy three lakhs and thirteen thousand only). Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has no objection for recording the undertaking and to close the Civil Revision Petition.

The undertaking is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is closed. The earlier undertaking dated 23.06.2015 given in the lower Court shall stand superseded by the present undertaking. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
