PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 6th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2025 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land measuring 1.00 acre in survey No.59/2 situated at Vengadamangalam Village, Ponmar Post, Chengalpattu District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 6th respondent to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner, for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the her representation dated 03.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, the learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be

fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 6th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2025, seeking for grant of Patta in the name of the petitioner, for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
