The revision petitioner is the defendant in OS.No.152 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri. The respondent herein is the plaintiff therein. The aforesaid suit was filed for specific performance. 2.While so, the revision petitioner was set exparte on 07.07.2014. Subsequently, exparte decree was passed on 03.11.2014. 3.Hence, the revision petitioner filed IA.No.645 of 2015 to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the application to set aside the exparte decree made in the aforesaid suit.

rk 4.Now, the grievance of the revision petitioner is that the application in IA.No.645 of 2015 in OS.No.152/2013 is yet to be disposed of. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed. 5.In view of the limited prayer sought for herein, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Ponneri to dispose of IA No.645/2015 in OS.No.152/2013 in the manner known to law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
