JUDGMENT

Mr.V.Prabakar Reddy, the learned Counsel appearing for the plaintiff, has filed a memo dated 28.4.2016, in Diary No.17589 of 2016, stating that a settlement has been reached out of Court and prays for dismissal of the suit as withdrawn. The Counsel as well as the Managing Director of the plaintiff have also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.The Court heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the defendants, also.

3.In the light of the said endorsement, the civil suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Refund of Court Fee if any, is as per entitlement.
