Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/824/2020 dated 04.05.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with immediate effect.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by both the counsels that the suspension order passed against the petitioner has been revoked and an order dated 19.08.2020 restoring the petitioner's position has been passed.
