ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the repsondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 25.07.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation has been received and that orders will be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation and to pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
