This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R based on the complaint dated 2/2/2021.

2. Heard Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, First Information Report has been registered, initially for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 506 (ii) of the Indian Penal Code and later the same has been altered.

4. In such a view of the matter, no further order is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication.

5. Considering the fact that case in Crime No.12 of 2022 has been registered, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
