This petition has been filed to amend the prayer in W.P.No.25495 of 2021 as follows:- Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to render police protection to enable the petitioner put up a compound wall in the land comprised in Survey No.611/3B1A measuring 3.92 Acres in Thenpattinam Pudhunadukuppam Village (Mugaiyur Revenue Village and Post), Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District (presently Chengalpattu District) by considering the representation dated 12.10.2021 within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of the fact that necessary amendments already carried out in the order portion, this petition is order as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the order dated 01.12.2021 made in W.P.No.25495 of 2021 and issue a fresh order copy by 29.04.2022.
