When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, submits that the

Petitioner do not want to press this Petition and he wants to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition .

Accordingly, in view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated. The File is consigned to Record. Consequently, the connected Crl.MP is closed.
