It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as on date, no case has been registered against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police station. He therefore submitted that the petitioner will not be called for any enquiry.

2. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was called for enquiry by the respondent, this petition is disposed of by recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also by directing the respondent police not to call the petitioner for enquiry if any complaint or case is filed against him, without issuing any summons to the petitioner.
