The matter is taken up through web hearing.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents that after passing of the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.196/2020/A4/CV, dated 22.05.2020, a show cause notice was issued on 22.06.2020 to the petitioner, superseding the earlier impugned proceedings.

3.In view of the above submission, the present writ petition cannot be pressed into service any further and it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in a manner known to law, in view of the subsequent development. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
