The criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 16.04.2007 passed in C.C.No.134 of 2001. 2.

It is seen from the records that a memo dated 01.10.2015 was filed by the learned counsel for the appellant for withdrawal of the criminal appeal, wherein, he has stated that there was no response from the appellant and the whereabouts of the appellant is also not known by him after filing the criminal appeal.
